Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and the natural surroundings.

No Parties
-
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Minimum Stay

A minimum of 3 nights is required per booking. Discounts are available for weekly stays.

Deposit
-
A refundable security deposit of $500 is due at the time of reservation. Returned after check-out pending inspection.

Cleaning Fee
-
A $650 cleaning fee will be applied to every reservation.

Check-In / Check-Out
-
Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.

Maximum Occupancy
-
The property must not exceed the stated maximum number of guests at any time.

Pets
-
Pets are NOT permitted.

Smoking
-
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the property. Outdoor smoking must be done responsibly and away from entrances.

Property Care
-
Guests agree to treat the property and furnishings with care. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

Cancellations

Reservations may be canceled according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Please see below for specific cancellation policy.

Liability
-
The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the guest’s stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in full refund.

Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: Non-refundable.
-
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
