Terms & Conditions 

  1. Quiet Hours 

    • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and the natural surroundings.

  2. No Parties 

    • Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

  3. Minimum Stay 

    • A minimum of 3 nights is required per booking. Discounts are available for weekly stays.

  4. Deposit 

    • A refundable security deposit of $500 is due at the time of reservation. Returned after check-out pending inspection.

  5. Cleaning Fee 

    • A $650 cleaning fee will be applied to every reservation.

  6. Check-In / Check-Out 

    • Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.

  7. Maximum Occupancy

    • The property must not exceed the stated maximum number of guests at any time.

  8. Pets

    • Pets are NOT permitted.

  9. Smoking

    • Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the property. Outdoor smoking must be done responsibly and away from entrances.

  10. Property Care 

    • Guests agree to treat the property and furnishings with care. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

  11. Cancellations

    • Reservations may be canceled according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Please see below for specific cancellation policy. 

  12. Liability

    • The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the guest’s stay.

Cancellation Policy 

  1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in full refund.

  2. Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: Non-refundable.

  4. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

  5. By confirming your booking, you agree to all terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, outlined above.
